Director of Studies wanted in Madrid
Thamesis in Madrid are seeking a new Director of Studies. The successful applicant will form part of the pedagogical department of our language centre in Madrid, leading our teaching staff and developing materials for new courses and projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Selection of teaching staff
- Continuous training , control and follow up of the staff through observations
- Organising residential courses incl. social activities outside Madrid
Our Requirements
- +3 years teaching experience
- University degree and CELTA
- High level of Spanish and other languages preferred
- Experience teaching specific courses
- Experience in a management position
- A good team leader and excellent people management
Compensation
23.000€ gross/year negotiable plus extra for teaching on residential courses.
